Our Warranty Policy
Innovation Grenada Ltd represents and carry Parts & Labor Warranty for many North American manufacturers including BUNN INTERNATIONAL, TRUE MANUFACTURING, MVP, WINCO, GROSFILLEX, K-TECH among others. Our warranty policy is as follows:
1. The Manufacturers' replacement parts are available free of charge FOB Miami. Please note the freight and duties are chargeable on the importation of these once a warranty claim is made
2. Warranty is only grantee when installation services are done by our own technicians.
3. Where our technicians are not used, the labor part of the warranty will be automatically void
5. Warranty is only granted where there is proof that the equipment is serviced and maintained according to the manufacturers' standards.
4. Before warranty is granted, our technician will inspect and report on the condition of the equipment and verify request.
5. To claim warranty on an equipment purchase from us, please do the following:
a) Complete a warranty form attached and email to innovationgrenada@gmail.com
b) Call our technical department on 1 474 440 2886 to report the breakdown
c) Organize with the technical department to visit your site or if it is a small appliance, please take it to our workshop located on Maurice Bishop Highway Grand Anse.
Please note that Innovation Grenada Ltd reserves the right to cancel a warranty if the manufacturers' requirements are violated during installation, operation or in an tempt to repair. If in doubt, please call us on 440 -2886.
