Alpha Stafford has been working and managing within the hotel and restaurant industry in the Caribbean region for thirty years. Utilizing his wealth of knowledge we aim to provide first class consultancy and training, not only for existing establishments and employees within the industry, but also for those opening a new restaurant/hotel or persons seeking a new career ; we offer basic intermediate or advanced training courses leading to a CVQ or NVQ certificate from the Grenada Training agency and the Caribbean Training Authority.
Joseph Gibbs is the British born son of Grenadian parents who is a trained , qualified Gas & Electrical Catering Service Engineer with over 38 years experience working within the industry on catering equipment maintenance and commercial kitchen installations & refurbishments and will be using his wealth of knowledge to customers on the island.
Together with our other business partners Rachel Stafford, Josh Welsh , Carlson McFarlene and Anderson Stanislaus , we at Innovation Grenada Ltd, are focused on providing services to the hotel and restaurant industries with the highest levels of professionalism and efficiency.
